Write Your Testimony."},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"fb-root\"><\/div>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 18.6667px;\">\u00a0 \u00a0<b> \u00a0 Whether or not you were <a href=\"http:\/\/thelawdictionary.org\/false-arrest\/\">arrested<\/a> at,<em>\u00a0<\/em><a href=\"https:\/\/standingrockclassaction.org\/\/?page_id=2235\">wrongfully evicted from<\/a>, <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>or<\/em><\/span> had a\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/thelawdictionary.org\/slander\/\">slanderous<\/a> article written about you which <a href=\"http:\/\/thelawdictionary.org\/defamation\/\">defamed<\/a> the purpose in which you came to\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/sacredstonecamp.org\/\">Sacred Stone Camp<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ocetisakowincamp.org\/\">Oceti Sakowin Camp<\/a>, Seventh Generation Camp, Sicangu\/Rosebud, etc., you <em>may\u00a0<\/em>have <a href=\"http:\/\/www.reunitethestates.org\/?page_id=5425\">claim<\/a> against the State of North Dakota, Energy Transfer Partners, a federal agency &amp;\/or other <a href=\"http:\/\/thelawdictionary.org\/agency\/\">agencies<\/a> or <a href=\"http:\/\/thelawdictionary.org\/entity\/\">entities<\/a>. \u00a0Since September 2016 our organization, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.wildwillpower.org\/wild-willpower\/wildharvesting-cooperatives-across-america\">Wild Willpower<\/a>, has been compiling the <em>framework<\/em> with which to help enforce treaty rights for the <a href=\"https:\/\/standingrockclassaction.org\/\/?page_id=628\">1851 treaty<\/a>, the <a href=\"https:\/\/standingrockclassaction.org\/\/?page_id=5155\">water rights of tribes &amp; downstream users<\/a>, &amp; the\u00a0<em>civil rights\u00a0<\/em>of Water Protectors through the federal courts<em> (<\/em><\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.uscfc.uscourts.gov\/pro-se-information\">US Court of Federal Claims<\/a>\u00a0&amp;\u00a0<\/strong><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ndd.uscourts.gov\/lci\/pro_se.pdf\">North Dakota Federal District Courthouse<\/a>\u00a0primarily). \u00a0<\/strong><\/em><\/span><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Due to the fact that we are going to be seeking restitution\u00a0<em>as well as\u00a0<\/em>other forms of relief amongst this somewhat complex case, we&#8217;ve prepared a section of this website to help us all get our\u00a0<em>brains moving in the same direction<\/em>\u00a0concerning\u00a0&#8220;what do we\u00a0<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>want<\/em><\/span>&#8220;. \u00a0This is known as a &#8220;list of reasonable demands&#8221;, or,\u00a0<\/span><em><span style=\"color: #000000;\">as its essentially referred to within the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.reunitethestates.org\/?page_id=2038\">First Amendment<\/a>,<\/span>\u00a0<\/em><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 24pt; color: #000000;\"><strong>&#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/standingrockclassaction.org\/\/?page_id=466\">Redress of Grievances<\/a>&#8220;<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt; color: #993300;\"><strong>About <em>Me<\/em> &amp; About This Case:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #000000;\">\u00a0<strong>\u00a0 \u00a0 First off, my name <em>(the person writing this)<\/em> is <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/alexandra.d.wilson.5\">Distance<\/a>. \u00a0 I think its important for you to know who you&#8217;re engaging with. \u00a0Me &amp; my dear friend Kevin arrived to stand with Water Protectors September 20, 2016 following the <a href=\"https:\/\/standingrockclassaction.org\/\/?page_id=146\">release of attack dogs\u00a0<em>and<\/em>\u00a0the destruction of the Lakota\/Dakota\/Nakota ancestral burial sites on September 3rd<\/a>, 2016. \u00a0You can read more about my case <a href=\"https:\/\/standingrockclassaction.org\/\/?page_id=3258\">HERE<\/a>. \u00a0In summary, I was arrested on two charges, but thanks to having studied <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ndd.uscourts.gov\/lci\/pro_se.pdf\">pro se litigation<\/a> (representing yourself in court) for years, along with some procedural consultation from one of the members of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/WaterProtectorLegal\/\">Water Protector Legal Collective<\/a>, I was able to get the case \u00a0dismissed following my &#8220;motion to dismiss.&#8221; \u00a0<em>The case is not over<\/em>\u00a0however.<em> \u00a0<\/em>The criminal case was &#8220;going on the defense&#8221;- but my\u00a0<em>rights were violated,<\/em>\u00a0so now it is time to &#8220;go on the offense&#8221;, but <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>many<\/em><\/span> Water Protectors do not know how to do this, so that why <em>this<\/em> webpage exists- to help <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>everyone<\/em><\/span>\u00a0<em>follow through with what we started<\/em>. \u00a0We&#8217;re not <em>finished <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">yet<\/span>. \u00a0What happened to\u00a0<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">me<\/span> <\/em>is a similar experience to what happened to other Water Protectors <em>and\u00a0<\/em>to people\u00a0everyday. \u00a0I was a victim of something\u00a0<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>everyone<\/em><\/span> should take a moment to read about:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 24pt;\"><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.reunitethestates.org\/?page_id=2056\">Color of Law Crimes<\/a><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt; color: #993300;\"><strong>Where the Case is at\u00a0<em>Now<\/em>:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0I&#8217;m <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>currently<\/em><\/span> in the process of <em>finishing\u00a0<\/em>compiling <a href=\"https:\/\/standingrockclassaction.org\/\/?page_id=2289\">the archive on this website<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/standingrockclassaction.org\/\/?page_id=630\"><em>history section<\/em><\/a>, <em>and<\/em>\u00a0a <em><a href=\"http:\/\/www.reunitethestates.org\/?page_id=3901\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">simplified<\/span> <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">version<\/span>\u00a0<\/a><\/em><a href=\"http:\/\/www.reunitethestates.org\/?page_id=3901\">of the\u00a0Federal Rules of Civil Procedure<\/a>\u00a0\u00a0<em>so that<\/em> when we&#8217;re ready to file, <em>everything can be made public <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">including<\/span><\/em>\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.reunitethestates.org\/?page_id=2043\">filming &amp; broadcasting the court proceedings<\/a>. \u00a0In addition,\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.reunitethestates.org\/?page_id=2043\">www.ReUniteTheStates.org<\/a>\u00a0 is being assembled so when we <em>do\u00a0<\/em>file, instead of having to read through a bunch of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pacermonitor.com\/public\/case\/21081877\/EGGINK_v_TRUMP_et_al\">confusing legalspeak<\/a>\u00a0only <em>lawyers<\/em> can read,\u00a0<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>everyone<\/em><\/span> will know exactly what is going on. \u00a0I&#8217;ve \u00a0compiled extensive data on every so-called &#8220;Indian&#8221; Organize what you can as best you can. \u00a0Did you lose any property as a result of the forced evacuation? \u00a0<\/span><em><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Make a list of all property you lost, as well as a price of how much each item would cost to replace if you had to purchase a replacement offline. \u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Be honest.<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #0000ff;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><span style=\"color: #993300;\">7.)<\/span> <span style=\"color: #ff00ff;\">Write using\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.openoffice.org\/\">Apache OpenOffice<\/a> (or Word, etc), using Times New Roman, size 12-14 font.<\/span> <\/span>\u00a0<span style=\"color: #000000;\">Once finished, send the testimony to Distance@WilddWillpower.org for grammar editing\u00a0with EDIT MY TESTIMONY written in all capital letters in the subject line. \u00a0We will send it back for your review, possibly with additional questions. \u00a0Then you will print it out, &amp; filing it in court &amp; following through with <a href=\"http:\/\/thelawdictionary.org\/due-process-of-law\/\">DUE PROCESS OF LAW<\/a> is another. \u00a0Even if you were not arrested you may have suffered a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.reunitethestates.org\/?page_id=5497\">PERSONAL INJURY<\/a>\u00a0including but not limited to a <a href=\"https:\/\/standingrockclassaction.org\/\/?page_id=2235\">wrongful eviction<\/a>.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; rights <em>or\u00a0<\/em>officials from illegally approving projects<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">,\u00a0<em>however\u00a0<\/em>the system <em>is<\/em>\u00a0designed, in truth, to help those who have been hurt to get back on their feet, &amp; for those who have been robbed or made destitute, the system is meant to help them back on their feet &amp; to hold accountable even the system itself (including upgrading protocol for all officers, amending state constitutions, &amp; so on) when the system violates people. \u00a0Due to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.reunitethestates.org\/?page_id=3296\">the design of the republic<\/a>, however, government officials cannot reform any part of the system without the contractual demand authorized by the <em>owners\u00a0<\/em>of the system-\u00a0<em>the people. \u00a0<\/em>It is my hope that by compiling <a href=\"http:\/\/www.reunitethestates.org\/?p=1752\">www.ReUniteTheStates.org<\/a>,\u00a0officers <em>and\u00a0<\/em>civilians can learn what the laws actually are so we can begin amending &amp; thus upgrading the system\u00a0to prevent the type of hurt experienced at Standing Rock or historically by Native people may <em>never happen again. \u00a0<\/em>I personally view the &#8220;system&#8221; as a chainsaw- it is very dangerous until you know how it operates. \u00a0You can hate the chainsaw &amp; blame it &amp; throw it in the fire because it cut someones&#8217; finger off, or learn to use it as a tool. \u00a0Historically when tribes or people were attacked &amp; robbed, there was no &#8220;getting back on your feet&#8221;: there was only slavery, oppression, &amp; poverty. \u00a0 We were not able to prevent crime, but we can respond to it &amp; adjust, &amp; people who walk away do not need to suffer because they dumped all their resources into this movement.\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #0000ff;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><span style=\"color: #993300;\">11.)<\/span> <span style=\"color: #ff00ff;\">Show the world <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>who<\/em><\/span> cares.<\/span><\/span> \u00a0<span style=\"color: #000000;\">This is your opportunity to put it <em>on record<\/em>\u00a0so that it will sustain through time. Generations from now, people will read this. \u00a0We will either &#8220;enter something into the court record so that the system must adjust&#8221; or you will say nothing into the court of record &amp; the system will continue on autopilot. \u00a0Again, this has to do with <a href=\"http:\/\/www.reunitethestates.org\/?page_id=3296\">the original design of the republic<\/a>. \u00a0Your testimony could change the world just as <a href=\"http:\/\/www.blackhistorymonth.org.uk\/article\/section\/history-of-slavery\/black-abolitionists-and-the-end-of-the-transatlantic-slave-trade\/\">Phyllis Wheatley &amp; Olaudah Equiano<\/a>&#8216;s firsthand testimonies regarding &#8220;the truth about the Trans-Atlantic Slave Trade&#8221; helped <em>expose<\/em>\u00a0what was going on &#8220;behind the scenes&#8221;: their testimonies touched the public who finally &#8220;got it&#8221; &amp; then demanded the slave trade <em>to be abolished,<\/em>\u00a0which finally occurred <a href=\"https:\/\/www.monticello.org\/slavery-at-monticello\/liberty-slavery\/solution-jefferson-proposes-abolition-slave-trade\">under the pen of Thomas Jefferson in 1807<\/a>\u00a0<em>and<\/em>\u00a0by the British Parliament that same year. \u00a0Step one was that people worked hard to expose what was going on &amp; <em>step two\u00a0<\/em>was they brought it through the courts. \u00a0Step three is that Congress enacted a law, &amp; step four was that the President signed it into law. \u00a0African American <a href=\"http:\/\/www.blackpast.org\/1808-rev-peter-williams-oration-abolition-slave-trade\">Reverend Peter Williams, jr. gave a beautiful, very moving speech in New York<\/a> following this double-nation ban on the atrocity known as the Trans-Atlantic slave trade. \u00a0The ban was difficult to enforce, however it was done, but there was backlash from the merchants involved but that is a history lesson for another day.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt; color: #993300;\"><strong>Will This Actually Work?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #0000ff;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/malakoffdigginsstatepark.org\/history\/north-bloomfield-gravel-mining-company\/sawyer-decision\/\">The Sawyer Decision<\/a> was the first water-protecting law codified into U.S. law:<\/span> <span style=\"color: #ff00ff;\">citizens from Marysville, California compiled over 20,000 pages of testimony &amp; got 2,000 witnesses ORGANIZED to come into court<\/span> <span style=\"color: #000000;\">in a class action lawsuit because their water supply was being badly damaged by water cannons upstream that were blasting gold out of the mountains:<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/standingrockclassaction.org\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/Water-cannons.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5321\" src=\"https:\/\/standingrockclassaction.org\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/Water-cannons.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"620\" height=\"427\" srcset=\"https:\/\/standingrockclassaction.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/Water-cannons.jpg 620w, https:\/\/standingrockclassaction.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/Water-cannons-300x207.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 620px) 100vw, 620px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Above photo from article &#8220;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.theunion.com\/news\/local-news\/hydraulic-mining-leads-to-historic-environmental-decision\/\">Hydraulic mining leads to historic environmental decision<\/a>&#8221; used in accordance with <a href=\"http:\/\/www.reunitethestates.org\/?page_id=2191\">Fair Use<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #0000ff;\"><strong>\u00a0<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> \u00a0 Today, we will cite the case <a href=\"http:\/\/malakoffdigginsstatepark.org\/history\/north-bloomfield-gravel-mining-company\/sawyer-decision\/\">Woodruff\u00a0 vs. North Bloomfield Gravel Mining Company<\/a>\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em>(you should really <a href=\"http:\/\/malakoffdigginsstatepark.org\/history\/north-bloomfield-gravel-mining-company\/sawyer-decision\/\">read about this case<\/a>)<\/em><strong> as one of <em>many Supreme Court Rulings\u00a0<\/em>we have lined up to cite in court for our upcoming case(s).\u00a0 \u00a0The <em>reason\u00a0<\/em>we can cite these cases is because people <em>cared<\/em> enough to organize like <em>ants\u00a0<\/em>to institute a rule of law that was\u00a0<em>recently broken,\u00a0<\/em>which caused Water Protectors to come from around the world, either financially, through prayer, or in person, to the side of Native Americans to help change the future. \u00a0We are not\u00a0<em>finished yet!
