Traditional Round Dance<\/a> happening as water protectors gathered in front of<\/span> the State Capitol in Bismarck<\/a> encompassing the entire intersection. \u00a0The camera shows what appears to be a<\/span> State Highway Patrol Officer<\/a>,\u00a0a<\/span> Bismarck Police Officer<\/a>, & a<\/span> State Highway Capitol Security Guard<\/a> dancing with the Water Protectors. \u00a0There is singing, laughing, & a joke about the village people. \u00a0In front of the capitol stands a line of (presumably Bismarck<\/a>)<\/span>\u00a0city police<\/a>. A line of children dance holding letters that read<\/span> “No Dakota Access Pipeline”<\/span>. \u00a0The mood seems amicable as the protectors shake the hands of<\/span><\/span> the Troopers<\/a>\u00a0before leaving\u00a0the <\/span>round dance ceremony<\/a>.<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n
