Economies of reservations &amp; local communities will benefit from the recreational activity as Bed &amp; Breakfasts,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.tripadvisor.com\/HotelsList-United_States-Backpacker-Hostels-zfp7754877.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">hostels<\/a>, &amp;\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.richardlonewolf.com\/hi-tech-gear\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">outdoor hiking gear<\/a>stores are sure to crop up.\u00a0 In the United States, the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.asla.org\/uploadedFiles\/CMS\/Government_Affairs\/Federal_Government_Affairs\/OIA_OutdoorRecEconomyReport2012.pdf\">Outdoor Recreation Economy<\/a>\u00a0is responsible for:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>6.1 million American jobs.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>$646 billion in outdoor recreation spending each year.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>$39.9 billion in federal tax revenue.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>$39.7 billion in state\/local tax revenue.<\/strong><\/span> [1]<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Educational &amp; historical markers will teach hikers about the plants, animals, &amp; other biological organisms they\u2019ll encounter along the way.\u00a0 Other markers will teach about the history &amp; cultures of local tribes, thus raising appreciation for, awareness of, &amp;
