What are Color of Law\u00a0Crimes<\/em>?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0“Color of law crimes” occur when Government Officials\u00a0<\/strong>(or others acting with authority)<\/em>\u00a0violate someone’s rights\u00a0using the appearance\u00a0or “color” of law – thus enforcing\u00a0unconstitutional statutes, codes, ordinances, policies<\/a>, etc. \u00a0 Depriving a civilian of their rights\u00a0<\/strong>(including wrongful evictions, false arrests, & slander)<\/em>\u00a0is a type of non-physical injury known as a “Personal Injury<\/a>” or “bodily injury”, however due to\u00a0how a “Republic” is designed<\/a>, the government does not have Authorization to hold officers accountable unless\u00a0a Citizen actually files a\u00a0Complaint<\/a>\u00a0& follows the\u00a0Federal Rules of Procedure<\/a>\u00a0to\u00a0enforce\u00a0the law.\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
