centered just southwest of Huff&#8230; was felt over a 3,000-square-mile area\u201d. Huff is located approximately 25 miles from where DAPL crosses Lake Oahe! \u00a0Furthermore, there have been three earthquakes with their epicenter in the Williston area in 1915, 1946, and 1982, which is where the north end of DAPL crosses the river!\u00a0 DAPL is not earthquake proof. after a short stay moved to \u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.ocetisakowincamp.org\">Oceti Sakowin Camp<\/a>.\u00a0 Soon after we moved\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/sacredstonecamp.org\/\">Sacred Stone Camp<\/a>, where we would stay for many months to come. \u00a0Every\u00a0day prior to winter I would hitchhike to either <a href=\"https:\/\/sittingbull.edu\/sitting-bull-college\/students\/library\/\">the public library at Sitting Bull College<\/a> <em>or<\/em> to <a href=\"https:\/\/prairieknights.com\/events\/#.WRgDIbzytBw\">Prairie Knights Casino<\/a>, from where I&#8217;d continue compiling casework on\u00a0a daily basis. \u00a0There at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/pg\/CampOfTheSacredStone\/photos\/?ref=page_internal\">Sacred Stone Camp<\/a>, there was a big sign which hung above the &#8220;sacred fire&#8221; upon additional research noticed that\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/digital.library.okstate.edu\/kappler\/Vol2\/treaties\/sio0594.htm\">Article V of the 1851 Fort Laramie <\/a>explains that <em>the entire Missouri River\u00a0<\/em>belongs to the &#8216;Sioux &amp; lawful , Constitutionally-protected\u00a0prayers &amp; protests due to legitimate &amp; sincere concern regarding the safety of the water, wildlife, &amp; the welfare of the tribes. \u00a0Most Water Protectors, from my personal conversations with many of them, are unknowledgeable in courtroom procedure, &amp;
