Judge Gail Haggerty<\/a>.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>They gave me a copy of the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/standingrockclassaction.org\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/Media-Policy-1.pdf\">MEDIA POLICY<\/a>\u00a0which was instituted by her <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ndcourts.gov\/court\/bios\/Hagerty.htm\">Hon. Judge Gail Haggerty<\/a> on 11-7-2016, exactly 10 business days\u00a0<em>after\u00a0<\/em>I had asserted\u00a0my <a href=\"http:\/\/www.dmlp.org\/legal-guide\/recording-police-officers-and-public-officials\">First Amendment Right to film the proceedings<\/a>\u00a0during my <a href=\"http:\/\/www.attorneys.com\/criminal-defense\/arraignment\">Arraignment<\/a>, to which his\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ndcourts.gov\/court\/bios\/Haskell.htm\">Hon.
