Box 298 in Cannonball, North Dakota<\/a>&#8220;, a place where\u00a0I have\u00a0<em>never\u00a0<\/em>authorized to<em>\u00a0<\/em>receive mail. \u00a0I was told that &#8220;that was the address I gave to them when I was arrested&#8221;.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>I <em>changed my address<\/em>\u00a0that\u00a0<em>they\u00a0<\/em>had on file<em>\u00a0<\/em>to my mailing address in Fairfax, California, the same address I have given to them previously as my mailing address.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt; color: #993300;\"><strong>Call #1 on 4-19-2017:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>\u00a0 \u00a0 Distance calls\u00a0Morton County State&#8217;s \u00a0Attorney&#8217;s Office <\/strong><strong>at 3:05 pm. \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/strong><strong>Call Length: 12:26<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong><b>Summary: <\/b><\/strong><strong> Distance calls the Morton County State&#8217;s Attorney&#8217;s Office for the second time in regards to obtaining a copy of the Discovery <\/strong><strong><i>in response <\/i><\/strong><strong>to the \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/standingrockclassaction.org\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/3-21-2017-Letter-from-State-Attorney-re-REQUEST-for-DISCOVERY-1.pdf\">STATE&#8217;S DISCOVERY RESPONSE and REQUEST and NOTICE OF INTENT TO USE EVIDENCE<\/a>\u201d notice that was sent to her on 3-21-2017.
