Judge Gail Haggerty<\/a>, &amp; the moment I walked into the courtroom, she demanded I &#8220;shut off my phone&#8221;. \u00a0I held up <a href=\"https:\/\/standingrockclassaction.org\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/10-24-2016-Distances-Arraignment-Transcript-1.pdf\">transcript from my Arraignment<\/a>\u00a0along with a printout of\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.dmlp.org\/legal-guide\/recording-police-officers-and-public-officials\">several Supreme Court Rulings which affirm our &#8220;First Amendment Right to Film&#8221;<\/a>, as well as <a href=\"https:\/\/standingrockclassaction.org\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/4-20-2017-Letter-1-from-Distance-to-Judge-Haskell-re-FILMING-1.pdf\">a Letter I&#8217;d prepared for the Judge<\/a>\u00a0along with a copy of the <a href=\"https:\/\/standingrockclassaction.org\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/Media-Policy-1.pdf\">MEDIA POLICY<\/a>\u00a0I was concerned\u00a0<em>may\u00a0<\/em>be used in order to abrogate my right to film the proceedings, &amp; stated what I had with me &amp; that &#8220;Judge Haskell confirmed my right to film the proceedings during my Arraignment. \u00a0I have the transcript with me.&#8221; \u00a0Her <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ndcourts.gov\/court\/bios\/Hagerty.htm\">Hon. Judge Gail Haggerty<\/a>\u00a0told me that was a different Judge &amp; regarding a different matter, &amp; that it didn&#8217;t apply for this appearance, &amp; that I had to either shut off the phone or be removed from the courtroom by force. \u00a0I shut off the phone &amp; stated &#8220;My civil rights were just violated.&#8221;<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Prior to approaching the stand,\u00a0her <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ndcourts.gov\/court\/bios\/Hagerty.htm\">Hon. Judge Gail Haggerty<\/a>&#8216;s assistant questioned\u00a0<em>why I missed\u00a0<\/em>my appearance on 4-18-2017. \u00a0I asked her where the Notice to Appear was sent, &amp; she replied &#8220;Bodfish, California&#8221;. \u00a0I then informed her that my &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/standingrockclassaction.org\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/3-21-2017-Letter-from-State-Attorney-re-REQUEST-for-DISCOVERY-1.pdf\">Notice to Request Discovery<\/a>&#8221; was sent to my mailing address in Fairfax, California, that my Notice to Appear on 4-20-2017 was sent to P.O. Box 298 in Cannonball, North Dakota, &amp; that my Notice to Appear on 4-18-2018 was sent to Bodfish, California. \u00a0&#8220;I was sent three different notices to three different addresses!&#8221; \u00a0That is why I missed my appearance and\u00a0<em>almost\u00a0<\/em>missed this appearance had I not called in regarding my Discovery yesterday! \u00a0I held up <a href=\"https:\/\/standingrockclassaction.org\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/Evidence-they-sent-to-incorrect-address.pdf\"><em>a second letter I had prepared for the Judge<\/em>\u00a0<\/a>which contains supporting evidence proving\u00a0why I required\u00a0a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ndd.uscourts.gov\/court-info\/local-rules-and-orders\">Continuance<\/a> due to the fact my Notice to Appear was sent to an address I hadn&#8217;t Authorized &amp; had never used. \u00a0<em>(I&#8217;d stayed up most of the night preparing both\u00a0letters)<\/em>. \u00a0The assistant went back into the Judge&#8217;s chambers presumably to explain the situation to\u00a0her <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ndcourts.gov\/court\/bios\/Hagerty.htm\">Hon.
