after the infamous illegal evictions, but also . \u00a0Though every drone operator at Standing Rock had their drones\u00a0<em>stolen\u00a0<\/em>by law enforcement &amp;\/or faced<\/span> <a href=\"http:\/\/www.reunitethestates.org\/?page_id=4728\">criminal charges<\/a><span style=\"color: #000000;\">, these actions <em>by\u00a0<\/em>law enforcement were violations of the civilians&#8217;<\/span>\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.reunitethestates.org\/?page_id=2043\">First Amendment &#8220;right to film&#8221;<\/a>\u00a0<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em>and<\/em><\/span>\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.reunitethestates.org\/?page_id=5647\">Fourth Amendment <em>immunity to illegal seizures of property<\/em><\/a><span style=\"color: #000000;\">. \u00a0 We are continuing to develop this section.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #993300;
