Water is life! Water is life! Water is life!” North Dakota State Troopers put up yellow “DO NOT CROSS” tape, & as Water Protectors approach, officers inform them that “If they cross the line, they will go to jail.” One Water Protector has a security-style t-shirt that reads “TREATY ENFORCEMENT”.
